Caroline Doswell

Caroline Doswell serves as the Executive Director at Admission Testing Solutions (ATS) and is eager to introduce independent schools to the suite of entrance exams ATS offers.  As a former Director of Enrollment Management, Caroline recognizes and values the role a consistent, reliable, and easy to use test plays in making admission decisions.

 

Before joining ATS, Caroline began her career in education at Greenhill School in Dallas, Texas, a PreK-12th grade school.  Caroline worked in both the classroom and the admission office. Caroline was soon tapped by Parish Episcopal School, a PreK3-12th grade school in Dallas, to serve as Associate Director of Admission overseeing the admission process for PreK through 3rd grade applicants. Caroline spent the last five years leading the admission office at Parish as Director of Enrollment Management. Caroline successfully oversaw a 50% increase in applications and the implementation of online testing for 1st grade applicants using the ATS assessment.
