Purchase Policies
Refund/Cancellation
Cancellation request must be made one week before the scheduled test date to receive a refund.
Delivery Policy
The test is administered online. No product will be delivered.
Return Policy
No returns accepted.
Testing Policy
Testing may be completed only once per testing season. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain testing equity and consistency for all participants. Failure to comply with this policy may result in invalidation of test results or denial of future testing opportunities.
