  • How do I register for my student's assessment?
Each school has their own unique registration link. Please contact the admission office of the school to which your student is applying for a link.
  • Does ATS provide financial assistance waivers to reduce the cost of an assessment?
Yes, ATS offers financial assistance waivers to help reduce the cost of the assessment. However, waiver distribution is managed by the individual schools. To inquire about a waiver, please contact the admissions office of the school to which your student is applying, as they are responsible for determining eligibility.
  • Can my student test more than once?
No, ATS does not allow students to test more than once during the same admission cycle.
  • How can I help my student prepare for the assessment?
To help your student feel comfortable with the assessment experience, we recommend reviewing the sample questions together. However, formal studying or drilling academic concepts is not encouraged, as the assessment is designed to gauge natural reasoning and foundational skills.
  • My student is testing from home using ATS Remote Testing. How should I prepare our technology and testing space?
ATS assessments can be taken on any device, though we recommend using a touchscreen device such as a tablet (iPad) for optimal ease of use. On the day of testing, you will need two devices: one for your student to complete the assessment and a second for a parent or guardian to log into Zoom for remote proctoring. Ensure all devices—including your student's assessment device, headphones, and the Zoom device—are fully charged prior to the session. Set up a quiet testing area with the Zoom device positioned at least 6 feet behind your student, outside of their view but clearly showing both the student and supervising adult. Please confirm your ability to access the test platform link provided, and review all Parent Instructions ahead of time to ensure a smooth and successful testing experience.
